How can I make a reservation?
Go to the link RESERVATIONS of our website and fill in the fields and submit. We will then mail you a E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP. You may take a printout and present the same at our Reception Desk when you arrive.
When is my reservation completed?
Right after we receive your Reservation request a confirmation message will be transmitted to you through e-mail.
How many days ahead, can I start making a reservation?
6 months in advance.
Can I reserve a room on the-day?
Yes, Subject to Confirmation.
How do I check-in at the Hotel?
Simply present your E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP to the hotel's reception staff. Since the hotel already has your booking on record, E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP is not essential, but may be useful as verification and for contact information. If for any reason you should need a duplicate, please do not hesitate to contact us giving your booking reference number.
How many nights can I reserve at once?
9 nights maximum.
How many rooms can I reserve at once?
10 rooms, if room the type is the same and available.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
How can I cancel the reservation?
You may e-mail us at info@hotelpushpvilla.com And a Cancellation notice e-mail will be transferred to you. If you must cancel on the actual of your stay, please contact to the hotel directly.
CHARGES
How should I make the payment?
Pay to the hotel directly by credit card or cash.
PET POLICY
Hotel Pushp Villa does not allow pets.
